I build my own products and tools end to end, from the mockup to the working thing.

I usually design in Figma before the code, then work with coding agents under written working agreements. I prefer things that run without a server: one file, no build step, no account. I have been rewriting the same budgeting tool since 2013. Each card says where its project stands today: what works, what is public, what is still to come.
